Vision 2030 Annual Report: 97% Satisfaction Rate of Justice Service Beneficiaries

Riyadh, The 2030 Vision Annual Report for 2023 has highlighted significant advancements in the justice and judicial sector of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The report indicates that the justice system in the Kingdom has undergone comprehensive development, surpassing traditional solutions by digitizing and automating justice services. This has led to a high level of achievement in promoting the values of justice and transparency, as well as tangible progress in the satisfaction rate of beneficiaries of justice services. According to the report, the Ministry of Justice (MoJ) has made 86.94% of automated services available to beneficiaries in 2023, an increase of 8.4% from the target. Additionally, the satisfaction rate of beneficiaries of justice services has reached 97%, an increase of 16.4% from the target. The report also highlights the ministry's launch of the Real Estate Market Platform, which stimulates and drives the digitization and development of the real estate sector. This helps document and facili tate real estate transactions, making the sector an investment catalyst and an attraction for investors. The report explains that the time taken for electronic real estate clearance is less than 60 minutes. The Najiz Platform, which includes four gates for individuals, businesses, lawyers, and the government, is a qualitative leap that enhances the quality of services and develops the digital government.
