Socotra - A medical team from the Riyadh-based King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief), comprising 17 volunteers from various medical specialties, has completed a pediatric surgery and urology project in the Socotra Archipelago Governorate. This initiative, running from November 12 to 19, 2023, provided critical medical services to those in need.

During the campaign, the KSrelief medical team successfully performed 18 urinary surgeries and 12 pediatric surgeries, in addition to conducting 372 tests for needy patients.

According to Saudi Press Agency, these procedures were all successfully completed. This project is part of KSrelief's broader mission to implement volunteer medical projects across various specializations, aiming to assist individuals and families with limited resources in countries requiring such aid.
