Saudi Electronic University Achieves ISO 9001:2015 Certification

Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - The Saudi Electronic University (SEU) has been awarded the prestigious ISO 9001:2015 certificate by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). This certification recognizes SEU's adherence to quality management systems (QMS) in higher education and lifelong learning, particularly in e-learning and blended learning applications.

According to Saudi Press Agency, The certification process involved a comprehensive, detailed, and precise evaluation of all procedures at SEU, aligning them with globally recognized quality standards set by international accreditation bodies. This process included multiple stages, such as gap analysis and the establishment of a quality unit across university agencies, along with training courses on QMS requirements.

Dr. Mohammed Mardi, President of SEU, expressed his pride in this achievement, acknowledging the hard work and dedication of the university's administration and staff in reaching this milestone. Dr. May Al-Nabahin, Vice President for Planning, Development and Quality at SEU, highlighted the ISO certificate as a key accomplishment, reflecting the university's commitment to applying the highest quality standards and its continuous pursuit of development and success. She emphasized that this achievement underscores the university's dedication to meeting quality standards in all its administrative and academic services.
