Dante Labs Announces Appointment of Healthcare Veteran and GRAIL SVP Mark Morgan to Board Of Directors to Support Genomic and Precision Medicine Scaling in the United States

Huawei, China Mobile, and Industry Partners Release 5G-Advanced Technology Evolution White Paper

MOH Warns Against COVID-19 Vaccine Rumors

​​The Ministry of Health (MOH) has underscored the importance of getting health information from reliable and official scientific sources, meanwhile warning against rumors, misleading advertisements, and misinformation about COVID-19 vaccines, all of which are not based on any scientific or medical basis. Also, MOH has underlined the safety and effectiveness of COVID-19 vaccines approved in the Kingdom.

 

According to MOH’s latest statistics, 796 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 have been recorded in the Kingdom over the past 24 hours; thus bringing the total number to 534,312 confirmed cases, including 10,428 active cases and 1,393 critical cases.

 

In addition, 557 new recoveries have been recorded, bringing the total number to 515,539 recoveries. Also, 11 new deaths have been reported; bringing the total deaths to 8,345, May Allah bestow His mercy upon them.

 

MOH has also advised everyone to contact 937-Service Center for any consultation and inquiries around the clock, obtaining reliable health information and services, as well as knowing the latest development of COVID-19.

FRENCH PRESIDENT WILL PARTICIPATE IN A REGIONAL CONFERENCE IN BAGHDAD AT THE END OF THE MONTH

French President Emmanuel Macron will participate at the end of this month in a “regional conference” hosted by the Iraqi capital, Baghdad, to which leaders of neighboring countries such as Saudi Arabia and Turkey have also been invited.

A statement issued by the Iraqi Prime Minister today, after a call between Macron and Mustafa Al-Kazemi, said that the Iraqi Prime Minister informed Macron that “France is a real partner for Iraq,” while Macron, for his part, announced his “full support for Iraq” and praised “balanced Iraqi diplomacy.”

This will be Macron’s second visit to Iraq in less than a year, according to AFP.
