Diriyah, Saudi Arabia - Marking a significant development in luxury residential living, Diriyah Company has launched "The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Diriyah," the Kingdom's first Ritz Carlton Residences. Located in the heart of Diriyah, the project offers residents an opportunity to experience a vibrant lifestyle deeply rooted in the rich Najdi heritage.

According to Saudi Press Agency, Jerry Inzerillo, Group CEO of Diriyah Company, commented on the project, highlighting the unique blend of culture, heritage, and luxury that the residences offer. He emphasized that the redevelopment of Diriyah aims to enhance the quality of life not only in Diriyah but also in the wider Riyadh area.

Sandeep Walia, Chief Operating Officer – Middle East, Marriott International, expressed pride in the association with Diriyah Company and the Ritz-Carlton brand's expansion in Saudi Arabia. He noted that the launch of these residences would redefine luxury living in the Kingdom's historic cultural destination.

The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Diriyah feature villas that combine traditional Najdi architecture with modern amenities, offering a balance between well-being and a serene home environment. Residents can choose from six villa layouts with three to five bedrooms and select one of three distinct interior designs. The project is part of Diriyah's larger development plan, which includes over 20,000 residential units, luxury hotels, global brands, and cultural venues. Central to the project is the UNESCO World Heritage Site At-Turaif, positioning Diriyah as a premier global gathering place.
