Riyadh, The Saudi national junior team for mathemetics has cultivated six prizes, one gold, four silver and one bronze at the 26th Al-Balqan international mathematics Olympiad for juniors which was held in Bosnia and Herzegovina from June 28 to July 3 with the participation of 106 students from 18 countries, bringing to 53 (eight gold, 17 silver and 22 bronze) the number of medals the Saudi team collected through its ten trials since the start of the competition.

The Saudi nominees are selected by King Abdulaziz and his Companions Foundation for Giftedness and Creativity (Mawhiba) in cooperation with the Ministry of Education.
