Dhahran, Saudi Aramco, the world’s largest integrated oil and gas company, announced today a new long-term global sponsorship with Formula 1.
This sponsorship is considered as the first global sponsorship by Saudi Aramco for a huge sporting event which will enhance the company's presence in front of 500 million of car racing fans.
Saudi Aramco President and CEO Eng. Amin Hassan Nasser said: “Formula 1 is a world-class sporting brand with millions of fans. As the world’s largest energy supplier and an innovation leader, we have ambitious goals in the transport sector such as finding advanced technical solutions that contribute to creating a new generation of car engines and change their performance for the best by operating them with cleaner energy".
