This discussion took place during a meeting with the EU Special Representative for the Horn of Africa, Dr. Annette Weber, on the sidelines of the 19th IISS Manama Dialogue.
According to r Saudi Press Agency, the partnership between the GCC and the EU spans various areas, significantly contributing to the mutual interests and goals of both the GCC and European countries. The meeting with Dr. Weber provided an opportunity to delve into several crucial topics, including the cooperation between GCC and EU, particularly in the African Horn.
