Manama - Jasem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), met with Martin Larose, Director-General of the Middle East Relations Division at Global Affairs Canada, in Bahrain's capital.
According to Saudi Press Agency, The meeting, occurring on the sidelines of the 19th Manama Dialogue 2023, focused on enhancing the joint strategic dialogue between GCC and Canada across various sectors, including politics, security, trade, investment, energy, education, and health. They also reviewed regional and international developments, particularly the situation in the Gaza Strip and its implications for global and regional security and stability.
