Riyadh - Jassem Mohamed Albudaiwi, Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), has condemned the Israeli occupation forces for bombing UNRWA's Al-Fakhoora School in the Gaza Strip.
According to Saudi Press Agency, The Secretary General described this act, which targeted innocent civilians, as a clear breach of international and humanitarian laws and norms. He denounced the systematic targeting of civilians and emphasized the need for an immediate ceasefire to protect civilians, relief facilities, and humanitarian workers. Albudaiwi called for the implementation of international resolutions and mechanisms to investigate these violations and hold accountable those responsible. He reaffirmed the GCC's commitment to supporting international peace efforts, standing with the Palestinian people's demands, and urged the international community to act swiftly to end these aggressive acts and prevent further regional and international instability.
