Cairo, The 153th session of the Arab League at the level of foreign ministers began here today, under the chairmanship of the Iraqi Foreign Minister Mohammed Ali Hakeem, the current rotatory chairman of the session.

The Saudi delegation to the meetings, is led by the Minister of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf.

On the agenda, eight main topics are set to be discussed, atop of which is the Palestinian cause, Arab Peace Initiative and other relevant issues, in addition to Iranian intervention in the Arab states internal affairs, and threats to navigation safety and energy supplies, in the Arabian Gulf.
