Dubai, The Advanced Electronics Company, a Saudi Arabian Military Industries (SAMI) company, has announced the signing of four new memorandums of understanding (MoUs) during GITEX Technology Week (GITEX 2019) in Dubai, UAE. The strategic collaborations with Megvii, Labiba, Nutanix and the Ministry of Communication and Information Technology's Yesser e-Government Program will support AEC's drive to further develop Saudi Arabia's indigenous capabilities through the transfer and localization of technology, in line with the goals of the Kingdom's Vision 2030 roadmap for digital transformation.
The signing ceremonies took place as part of AEC's participation in GITEX 2019 at Dubai World Trade Centre, where the company is showcasing its pioneering products and solutions in the cybersecurity, e-services, eHealth, and smart solutions fields. Details of the agreements were as follows:
MoU with Yesser e-Government Program
Under the terms of the MOU, Advanced Electronics Company will develop the company's capabilities in the field of cloud computing and create new job opportunities in the technology sector in the Kingdom. Such collaboration opportunities, will strengthen AEC's position and provide access to new markets.
