CMA Announces the Approval of Public Offering of “Alistithmar Capital Freestyle Saudi Equity Fund”

The CMA has issued its resolution approving the public offer, by “Alistithmar Capital Company”, of ” Alistithmar Capital Freestyle Saudi Equity Fund”.
An Investment decision without reading the Terms and Conditions carefully or fully reviewing its content may involve high risk. Therefore, investors should carefully read the Terms and Conditions which includes detailed information on the Fund, investment strategy and risk factors, and carefully study it to be able to assess the feasibility of taking into consideration the associated risks. If the Terms and conditions proves difficult to understand, it is recommended to refer to the fund manager for more information.
The CMA’s approval of the fund should never be considered as a recommendation to subscribe in the fund, The CMA’s approval of the fund merely means that the legal requirements as per the Capital Market Law and its Implementing Regulations have been met.

The Capital Market Authority Licenses Sabeen Investment Company to Conduct Managing Investments Activity in the Securities Business and its Completion of the Commencements of Business Requirements

In accordance to the Capital Market Law issued by Royal Decree No. (M/30) dated 02/06/1424H and its Implementing Regulations, the Capital Market Authority announces that Sabeen Investment Company has completed the commencements of business requirements to conduct Managing Investments activity in the Securities Business licensed as per CMA resolution dated 04/11/1442H corresponding to 14/06/2021G.

Hail: 3,500+ PCR Tests Conducted by Regional Laboratory Last Month

The Regional Laboratory in Hail, during the last month of September, has conducted 3,507 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) tests for COVID-19, as well as 2,643 virus tests, 2,310 premarital screenings, 4,995 hormone tests, and 2,483 serological tests.

 

It is noteworthy that the Regional Laboratory has obtained accreditation of the Saudi Central Board for Accreditation of Healthcare Institutions (CBAHI), after meeting the accreditation standards.

Iraq and Saudi Arabia agree to participate in various Iraqi artistic activities in the Riyadh entertainment season

Baghdad Iraq and Saudi Arabia agreed to participate in the various Iraqi artistic activities in the Riyadh entertainment season.

A statement by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs said today, that the Iraqi Ambassador to Saudi Arabia , Abdul Sattar Hadi Al-Janabi, met with Counselor Turki bin Abdulmohsen Al-Sheikh, head of the General Authority for Entertainment in Saudi Arabia, at the operations center specialized in preparations and equipment for the Riyadh entertainment season.

The statement indicated that the two sides agreed to participate in the various Iraqi artistic events in the Riyadh entertainment season.

Najran: Over 220,000 Prescriptions Dispensed by King Khaled Hospital

According to Najran Health Affairs, since the beginning of this year, King Khaled Hospital has dispensed 220,157 descriptions.

 

It indicated that the number of prescriptions provided through the mail-order pharmacy amounted to 10,912 prescriptions, oncology center 463, Prince Sultan Center 10,809, Diabetes center 9,157, inpatient pharmacy 99,457, outpatient pharmacy 57,721 prescriptions and 31,638 prescriptions for intravenous solutions.

Removing Social Distancing Stickers from All Over Grand Mosque

Makkah, Workers has begun removing social distancing stickers from indoor and outdoor corridors, squares and facilities of the Grand Mosque in line with the recent decision to ease precautionary measures and the resumption of receiving Umrah performers and visitors in the Two Holy Mosques at full capacity.
This was announced by Eng. Osama bin Mansour Al-Hujaili, Under-Secretary-General for Tafwij and Crowds Management at the General Presidency for the Affairs of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet’s Mosque.
