Iraq Records 2,953 New Cases of COVID-19

Baghdad, Iraq recorded, in the past 24 hours, 2,953 new infections with the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infections to 1,987,352.

In a statement, the Iraqi Ministry of Health reported 44 new deaths, bringing the death tally to 21,993, while the recovery tally rose to 1,882,596, following reporting 5,335 related cases.

Jordan Records 913 New Cases of COVID-19

Amman, The Jordanian Ministry of Health announced the registration of 913 new infections with the novel Coronavirus, (COVID-19) in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of infections to 817,487.

The ministry indicated, in a statement, that the recovery tally rose to 794,459, after reporting 798 additional cases, while the death toll rose to 10,645, following reporting 8 related cases.

Morocco Records 1,583 New Cases of COVID-19

Rabat, Morocco recorded, in the past 24 hours, 1,583 new cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the total number of infections to 925,507.

The Moroccan Ministry of Health indicated that it recorded 36 deaths, bringing the death tally to 14,076, while the recovery tally reached 893,272.

Lebanon Records New 602 Cases of COVID-19

Beirut, Lebanon registered new 602 cases of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of infections to 620,552.

The Ministry of Public Health in Lebanon said today that the recovery tally rose to 585,669, while the number of deaths rose to 8,260, after recording 7 new deaths.

OIC Secretary General: Saudi Arabia Provides Great Contributions for Joint Islamic Action

Jeddah, Riyadh, The General Secretariat of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmad Al-Othaimeen, has valued the generous support being provided by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and HRH the Crown Prince for OIC to fully assume its responsibilities.
