Saudi Media Forum and IBC Forge Strategic Partnership

The Saudi Media Forum announced a strategic partnership with the International Broadcasting Convention (IBC), with the support of the European Broadcasting Union serving as a key media partner for the 2025 Saudi Media Forum and Future of Media Exhibition (FOMEX). The agreement, which includes the establishment of a dedicated Saudi Broadcasting Authority pavilion at the annual IBC event in Amsterdam, aims to enhance global communication and knowledge exchange. IBC has also committed to promoting the forum and exhibition within its European media network. CEO of the Saudi Broadcasting Authority and Chairman of the Saudi Media Forum Mohammed bin Fahd Al-Harthi emphasized the partnership's significance in fostering cultural and knowledge exchange. He highlighted the IBC's role as a leading platform for digital technologies and media production and the Saudi Media Forum's position as a hub for media expertise and collaboration. Al-Harthi stated, "This partnership signifies a crucial step in elevating the Saudi Media Forum's global prominence. By collaborating with renowned international events like IBC, we underscore our dedication to achieving our media transformation and innovation goals, especially during the Kingdom's designated year of media transformation." The Saudi Media Forum and Future of Media Exhibition 2025 will showcase the Kingdom's growing influence in the media sector and its capacity to organize large-scale international events.
